Linda Menzies
OMT, CLT-LANA
Linda Menzies is the founder and owner of MENZIES ProCare. Having established her clinic over 20 years ago, she has embraced the opportunity to evolve with demands in the community. MENZIES ProCare is a patient focused Lymphedema Centre that strives to meet the diversified needs of lymphedema and associated disorders. As a Lymphedema Specialist (LANA) she brings extensive knowledge and experience to her profession. This includes specialized training in Breast Cancer Rehab, Head & Neck Lymphedema, and Medical Compression Therapy. Her passion to serve the Lymphedema community has evolved her business into a one-of-a-kind Centre in Manitoba that offers complex lymphedema care and associated products.
Linda Menzies, along with all her staff are caring individuals who are truly dedicated to treating patients who are affected by the various forms of Lymphedema, Lipedema, and venous issues. We aim to empower our patients, giving them hope and independence, and aiming to help alleviate their pain emotionally and physically. CARING IS OUR PASSION

Dr. Yali Bai
Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine
Dr. Bai is a skilled acupuncturist with a background in Chinese medicine. She studied at Heze Chinese Medical School in the 1980s. She specializes in pain control through acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, many other therapeutical skills, and facial beauty treatments. Her practice includes the use of acupuncture needles, cupping, and moxibustion. She is proficient in both English and Mandarin, allowing her to serve a diverse range of clients effectively.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, practicing Tai Chi, and dancing. These hobbies not only enrich her personal life but also complements her professional practice, bringing balance and harmony to her approach in acupuncture.

Roma Letkeman
Product Manager, Bookkeeper
Roma has been a key player on the team at MENZIES ProCare for many years. Having worked the varies roles of administration has given her a solid background to lead the admin team. She is known for her meticulous skills as the book keeper and the very important role as product manager for all our medical compression products.

Rhonda Derksen
Receptionist & Admin Assistant
Rhonda is our always cheerful receptionist and admin assistant. She brings over 20 years of administrative experience to her field of expertise. Her keen eye to details, along with an ability to multitask (x10!) brings a calmness, sense of humor, and joy to the clinic. She enjoys interacting with every patient that comes in making them feel welcome and cared for. When she’s not at the front desk, she can be found working in the back office as an assistant in product management and bookkeeping.

Jenny Wang
RMT, CLT
Jenny has a lifelong history of business management. Her knowledge in Chinese Medicine and a desire to keep learning drew her into the field of massage therapy and acupuncture in Canada. Jenny loves helping and connecting with people.
During her free time Jenny continues her ongoing study in acupuncture, loves spending time with her grandchildren, and practicing Taichi.
Jenny is fluent in Chinese and continues to study English as her second language.

Amanda Martens
MA, CCC, Counsellor
Amanda is a Canadian Certified Counsellor. She provides teen and adult individual counselling sessions and couples sessions as well! Her passion is to “hold hope for you until you are ready to step into it.” Amanda works with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, trauma, chronic pain and illness, self compassion, attachment, relationships, and spirituality. She works with compassion and warmth, inviting her clients to come explore their life and experience hope in a safe and confidential environment.
Amanda is in a season of connecting with her roots, thinking of her grandparents and family. She loves reading, finding kindred spirits in both old and contemporary poetry. In warmer weather, you can often find Amanda and her husband Darcy out for a walk in their home town of Plum Coulee, or tending the front garden bed of roses and irises. Connecting with these values and tender moments helps Amanda navigate her chronic health conditions, manage stress, and find clarity, peace, and joy in her life.

Dr. Ahmed
Podiatrist
Dr. Mohammed Talha Ahmed, originally from Bradford, UK, earned his BSc in Podiatric Medicine from the University of Huddersfield in 2019. He quickly rose to a Band 6 Community Podiatrist, specializing in routine podiatry, nail surgeries and high-risk wound care. Dr. Ahmed has lived and worked in Canada for 2 years expanding his knowledge in biomechanics and MSK podiatry. In his free time, he enjoys fitness, anime, films, video games, spending time with his dog and loved ones and travelling. Dr. Ahmed is excited to bring exceptional care to the people of Winkler.

Dr. Joe Hawkins (Dr. Joe)
Chiropractor
Dr. Joe is a dedicated clinician with a strong focus on pain management, aiming for complete pain resolution in every patient. His approach centers around both acute and chronic pain, with special attention to individuals with disabilities and those suffering from conditions such as concussions, migraines, and headaches. Dr. Joe offers comprehensive care across a wide range of concerns for the entire body. He believes in maintaining an open, ongoing conversation with each patient to ensure their unique health goals are clearly understood and addressed. Empowering patients through education is at the heart of his practice, and he strongly encourages them to ask as many questions as needed. Dr. Joe’s compassionate, patient-centered care model reflects his commitment to truly individualized treatment. His ultimate goal is not just to manage symptoms, but to help each person regain a pain-free, fully functional life.

Javeria Khan
Orthopaedic Manual Therapist, Registered Massage Therapist & Lymphedema Therapist
Expert in Medical Compression Therapy
Javeria Khan brings a strong foundation in rehabilitation and musculoskeletal sciences to her role at MENZIES ProCare. With specialized training in orthopaedic manual therapy, she is dedicated to helping individuals overcome pain and movement disorders through evidence-based, hands-on care.
As a Lymphedema Therapist and expert in medical compression therapy, Javeria provides comprehensive support for patients managing swelling and circulatory concerns. She combines advanced manual techniques with thoughtfully selected compression solutions to enhance comfort, mobility, and overall quality of life.
Javeria is highly skilled in comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment planning, ensuring that each patient receives care tailored to their unique needs. Her therapeutic approach integrates a variety of modalities—including electrotherapy, thermotherapy, and cryotherapy—to support recovery, restore movement, and promote long-term well-being.
Dedicated, compassionate, and patient-focused, Javeria is committed to helping every individual move with confidence and live more comfortably.

Yael Fehr
Professional Counsellor & Expressive Arts Therapist
Yael is a professional counsellor with a master’s degree and a certificate in expressive arts therapy. While she values the power of creativity in healing, she understands that not everyone feels immediately comfortable expressing themselves through the arts—so she is equally skilled in traditional talk therapy. As a counsellor at MENZIES ProCare, Yael supports children, adolescents, and women through a range of life challenges. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, addiction, and relationship concerns. She is committed to helping individuals navigate their lives with meaning, purpose, and a greater sense of self.
Yael has always felt a deep calling to walk alongside others and hold space for their stories. Her passion for this work was strengthened through her own lived experience with mental illness, where she rediscovered the therapeutic power of creativity and self-expression. She believes that reconnecting with our innate creativity can awaken healing, reveal identity, and restore hope.
Through her studies at WHEAT Institute, Yael developed her dedication to fostering curiosity, play, and self-discovery in a supportive environment. She invites clients to explore expressive arts at a pace that feels both safe and gently expanding—helping them reconnect with their inner child and the freedom to be present.
Rooted in compassion, creativity, and faith, Yael’s approach reflects her belief in the profound intersection where personal gladness meets the world’s deep needs.

Jessi
Student Massage Therapist
Jessi is a returning student of Remedial Massage Therapy, now in their final year of study. They’re passionate about collaborative care, highly valuing the client–therapist relationship and using thorough assessment to address root cause dysfunction while supporting symptom relief.
Their current focus includes assessment and treatment of the pelvis, sacrum, and lumbar regions through the end of the year. In the new year, cervical and thoracic assessments and treatments will be added into their therapeutic areas of focus. These focus areas align with their current studies,
